Mahindra & Mahindra has finally unveiled and announced the name of its much awaited SUV - Scorpio-N (project code Z101)

The previous 4 generations of Mahindra Scorpio were a huge success. Now, the 'Scorpio Fan Club' have been anxiously waiting for the new generation SUV and here it comes, the All-New Scorpio-N 2022 Model.
Design
The first impression of Scorpio-N is that, it's a well-built SUV. The proportions look much tighter and modern, with some muscles running around the body; specially on the hood and the fenders. The front facia looks neat and nicely composed when compared to its predecessors. The grille is definitely eye-catchy, inspired from its elder brother XUV700 and the new modern Mahindra logo can be seen proudly badged at the front-centre of the grille.
The overall stance looks bold and sturdy, ready to conquer Indian roads. Since Scorpio always had a tall body, it gives a commanding position to the driver and the passengers. This generation of the iconic Scorpio will certainly turn heads with its amazing road presence. Apart from the body design, the new Scorpio-N comes with chrome elements on the grille and windows, DRLs, roof-rails, body coloured bumper and ORVMs, we would need to wait and see which variant gets each of these accessories.

Arrival
The All-New Scorpio-N is expected to arrive on 27 June 2022 and the existing model will continue to be on sale as the Scorpio Classic. The unveiling of this new vehicle from Mahindra & Mahindra was not less than a bollywood movie trailer, launching the hero in a new avatar. Now watch out this SUV rock the Bollywood masala movies with flips, turns & blasts.

Basic Technical Specifications
The new Scorpio-N will be powered by gasoline and diesel engines, with two powertrain options manual and automatic. Scorpio-N has maintained its DNA and will be offered with a 4X4 drive mode option to continue with its adventure capabilities. It is built on a new body-on-frame platform offering superior driving dynamics. This SUV was engineered & designed at the studios located in Chennai, Mumbai and the USA and manufactured at Mahindra & Mahindra's state-of-the-art facility at Chakan, Pune Maharashtra.
